Brand new products are 100% original and not refurbished, while Open Box and Pre-Owned items are properly classified and held to defined quality standards. Each category also comes with its own applicable warranty terms.

At Nophlix, we give customers flexible and secure payment choices. You can either pay in full upfront or use our Pay-on-Delivery system. For Pay-on-Delivery, a commitment deposit is required—set per product (ranging from 10% to 50% of the total price). This deposit confirms your seriousness and secures the product. The remaining balance is paid at the point of deliverywhen your order arrives. This system ensures security, transparency, and convenience, giving you control while guaranteeing that your order is reserved and delivered as promised.
What warranty comes with products on Nophlix?
All warranties on Nophlix products are provided directly by the vendor or manufacturer. Nophlix itself does not issue additional warranties, but we ensure that vendors clearly state their coverage for every product.
● Brand New Products: Warranty is set by the manufacturer.
● Open Box & UK Used Products: Warranty typically ranges from 7 days to 1 month, depending on the vendor.
